Title: 'Cincinnati at Night: Reading Rd.'

"My concept for this piece came as a recollection of a drive down Reading Road on a  rainy, dark night. The stop lights piercing the night at the numerous intersections along the path, the thousands of windows of homes and businesses along the path that peer out over Reading Rd., (some lit aglow while others slept), the reflections of all the light bouncing off of the rain covered roadway; all of these visions flooding my visual field thus creating a heartfelt connection to the city I live in, a sense of place. Reading Rd. is a main artery of flow, connecting my current city of residence, Reading- to many other communities along the path north and south, especially Cincinnati." -Dora Anderson
